We are issuing cards remotely to residents and businesses during the temporary building closure. A library card is available to anyone in the Indian Prairie Public Library District who pays library taxes. Learn more here.

To apply for a card, complete the following form. Once we receive your form and verify your information, we will send you a library card number and PIN. When the building reopens, we will mail you a card.

Please allow up to 24-hours for a response to process your new card.

If you don’t live in our district, and you’d like to get an Indian Prairie Public Library card, you can! It’s $206 and it’s good for the entire family for a year.
