In addition, we are implementing a new service model that features a Guest Services Department which serves all ages for general library services, including circulation, reader’s advisory, and basic reference assistance. The Resource Services Department combines on-call reference services and technical services to meet our community’s needs for materials, information, and research. The new Programming and Outreach Department serves all ages and will provide a greater library presence out in the community and a new Technology and Maker Services Department will be dedicated to serving all ages in the Maker Studio.
We’re located in Darien Illinois serving 42,000 residents in the communities of Darien, Willowbrook, and Burr Ridge.
